In light of the COVID-19 outbreak Residential Realtors are currently working at a reduced capacity, our focus remains on providing you with a high-quality, reliable experience whilst adhering strictly to all advice provided by the World Health Organisation. We are also closely observing all protocol advised by local and international authorities, we therefore notify you that repairs may take longer then expected.
The well-being of our tenants, landlords, engineers and our staff is of absolute priority, and we would like to assure you that health and safety has our complete attention.
All of our employees and contractors are fully updated on the current requirements and are undertaking radical health and safety measures to ensure that the highest possible hygiene standards are maintained throughout every aspect of our daily work – particularly for our contractors visiting tenants.
Any members of staff or our contractors returning from the affected areas abroad – or those who have family members or housemates recently returned from these regions – have automatically been asked to self-quarantine for fourteen days.
It is of vital importance for us to be in a position to ensure that all procedures are in place to support the health and well-being of our tenants, we therefore ask for your patience.
